Terms and conditions of refunding a purchase

Refund Policy

  • General Notice
    Unless otherwise provided by law or by a particular service offer, all purchases of memberships are final and non-refundable. If you believe that you have bought premium membership in error, you must contact us within 31 days for the monthly membership and before the 366 days cycle for the yearly subscription. Contrary we reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion. Recurring subscriptions established through the mobile app using in-app purchase platforms should be canceled through the relevant app store account directly. If you cancel a paid membership but you maintain your account as a free account, access to your account may be restricted or blocked if the level of use is above the limits applying to free accounts at that time.
  • REFUND CONDITIONS
  • 1.
    A refund may be issued if a third person (apart from your person) has made a payment by mistake.
  • 2.
    A refund may be issued in case of a technical fault that is directly caused by our team. In this case the refund will be prorated for the period of time that the app has not provided access to its full range of features. This case does not include Google Play platform or any other platform outside our reach.
  • 3.
    In addition to the paragraphs 1 and 2, the refunds may be issued only if the user has not misused or abused the account, the application, the platform and has not violated the Terms of Use.
  • 4.
    If issued, the refunds could take up to 30 days to process.
